I thought I knew who I was and then I became a mother and everything changed.  I can’t say it any better than Adele (let’s be honest, who says anything better than Adele??):

“He makes me so proud of myself, and he makes me like myself so much. And I’ve always liked myself. I don’t have hangups like that. Cooked him in my belly and then he came out of me! This human who’s suddenly walking around and doing his own thing. I can’t wait to know who his best friends are going to be, or who his girlfriend or boyfriend is going to be, or what movies he likes… Whatever my kid wants to do or be, I will always support him no matter what.”

Despite his tough exterior, my husband is the kindest, gentlest soul and loves me so unconditionally. I truly don’t know how he does it…he makes me laugh, has cleaned up my vomit, held my legs up during labor, cooks almost every meal that comes out of our kitchen, and takes the dog out in the frigid temps.  #BestLifePartnerEver

I am driven. I like to make things better, prettier, happier. I want to inspire.

I could tell you I’m funny but that would be weird because I’d rather make you laugh.  I love to laugh.

I tend to think louder is better and more is more (you’re on this website…there is spray paint and leopard print for God’s sake!) Working on simplifying (but don’t take away my animal prints).

Born and raised in LA with a brief stint in Texas to pick up some southern charm.

Currently devoting much of my creative badassery to the next generation of performing artists in suburban NJ.

More will be revealed…

“The artist’s life cannot be otherwise than full of conflicts, for two forces are at war within him—on the one hand, the common longing for happiness, satisfaction and security in life, and on the other a ruthless passion for creation which may go so far as to override every personal desire. There are hardly any exceptions to the rule that a person must pay dearly for the divine gift of creative fire.” – Carl Jung
